Inverclyde Carers Centre is now under the Management of local carers.

In April 2006 a sub-group of Inverclyde Carers Council has formed a Limited Company by Guarantee of Directors who are carers or former Carers.

"This is an opportunity for us as carers to be able to shape services for carers. We will plan to make agencies aware of key issues facing carers by listening to the views of carers using our centre. This is a service for carers, which will be led by carers and we intend making our voices heard".
